
Interviewing at MEDRAD
MEDRAD is as dedicated to finding the right candidate as you are to finding the right company.
Our behavioral-based interview process helps us identify students who fit well with our culture and will be successful at our company. The process starts with either a campus interview or phone interview, and then continues with onsite interviews for those who are qualified. During the onsite interviews, you will meet with 4-6 individuals who take the time to learn more about you and your career goals. Once these interviews are complete, the interview team debriefs and a decision is made within a few weeks as to whether or not an offer will be made.
Making offers is an important step for MEDRAD, and is not taken lightly. We hire well-rounded students who want to join a successful company and who will help us continue that success!
